Behold - The Power of Trees

I think this was one of the neatest things I saw on Sandia Peak. Because of the smaller pieces of the rock were still lying there, it looked like it just happened yesterday.


The pieces under the tree are still sitting there, like it happened yesterday. They havn't fallen down the hill or anything.





Look at the how the angle of the tree changes after it comes out of the rock!

It would have been neat to see one of those time exposure things. Where you take one picture every week over the course of 50 years or so, then put them all together to make a movie.
